Hi, I'm Niamh, a Transformational Coach and a Mindset Mentor and Energy Healer.
I work with women who feel stuck, unable to move their lives forward, but they know something in their lives just isn’t right. Something needs changing.
All roads have led me to discover my true life purpose and by sharing my life experiences, my own transformation, I help women feel heard, supported and feeling that they belong. I help them be who they want to be. I assist those who are searching for what they need to make real transformation in their lives, at work, in their relationships and most importantly with themselves.
I have created and designed this intimate one day workshop, to begin that process, so you might learn how to get out of your own way and live the life you know you deserve.
I help people all over the world make the transformation they need to get them the life they truly want not just the one they have.
Mine has not been an easy path, but I am grateful for the struggles, they have been my gift, they have taught me so much about myself. They are what inspire me now to work with like-minded women who simply just want to turn their lives around. Women who want real transformation.

TIME FOR TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
1. FINDING YOUR PURPOSE
Who are you now? Who do you want to be?
Are you who YOU want to be?
How did you get here? What lights you up?
What is Alignment and how does Alignment FEEL to you?
What is getting in your way?
2. DEFINING YOUR VISION
What is your WHY? Why does this Change matter so much?
Describing your perfect day and journaling your future self?
Learn how to focus on the future and how you want to feel (not what you want to have). Releasing and letting go of the how.
Starting to trust & believe. Accepting that the answers are always inside you.
3. REMOVING FEARS / LIMITING BELIEFS
What is stopping you and blocking you from moving forward. Are you getting in your own way?
Face your fears. Name them, own them and remove the power they have over you.
What scares you? What do you spend time worrying about? What is making you angry? Are you unable to express yourself?
Why forgiveness is so incredibly powerful and in fact opens us up to Love.
4. MIND YOUR MINDSET
Our thoughts become things. When you choose your thoughts they become your feelings which in turn become your actions.
You control EVERYTHING. You also control the drama that you allow in.
What story are you telling yourself? You really can change the narrative by which you live your life. Observe HOW you speak to yourself.
5. YOU DO YOU
Find your true voice and be honest with yourself about what you truly want
Be your authentic self with how you present yourself as, how you are seen in the world.
Don’t adjust who you are or what you do just to make others happy. Other people’s opinions are in fact none of your business.
Learning to love yourself creates space for you to open up to loving and being loved by others.
6. KNOW YOUR WORTH
Do you believe you are worthy of being, doing and having amazing things in your life? If not, when did this belief start?
Why are you allowing this to continue? Can you see how not believing in yourself is blocking you? Are you enough?
Maybe I will wait until I’m thinner / richer / happier then I will do.... you will never be more ready than you are now.
7. LEARNING TO SAY NO
Creating better boundaries within which to live your life.
What saying no brings up e.g fear of abandonment, rejection even ridicule.
How to start to protecting yourself and your own space.
Communicating your needs and desires and repeating them.
What happens when we say yes when we mean no.
8. CREATE A DAILY PRACTICE
Coming home to yourself.
The importance of incorporating new practices into your life.
Slowing down to move faster. Real changes happen when we are NOT doing.
Daily Practices I recommend including Journaling, Meditation, Movement, Nature, Breathwork, Inner Child Work, Visualisation and Manifestation.
